Med View Villa is a contemporary provençal-style detached house located on the prestigious domaine of "Les Restanques de Vaugrenier".

An open-plan living room with fireplace has double patio doors with traditional shutters giving onto a shady terrace and wonderful views of the Mediterranean. All modern appliances are provided in the fitted kitchen and for alfresco dining there is a stone-built barbecue on the sun-filled patio.

Steps lead from the terrace to the poolside set in a pretty lawned area ideal for sun-bathing. The floodlit infinity pool (8m) looks directly out over the park to the sea and the charming terraced garden is planted with bougainvillea, mimosa and olive trees.

There are four comfortable bedrooms (two doubles, two twins), two bathrooms (one en suite to the main bedroom) and an additional downstairs cloakroom with WC. The three upstairs bedrooms have beautiful views over the park to the sea while the fourth bedroom downstairs looks out onto the sunny garden and the pool.

Stylishly furnished with touches of local glassware and pottery, the villa is decorated with original contemporary paintings and terracotta floor tiles. Fans are provided for the summer and the attractive open fireplace gives the opportunity to curl up on the sofas next to a blazing log fire on cooler evenings.

The villa provides everything needed for a comfortable holiday, including satellite TV, DVD/CD players, internet connection, washing machine / dryer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. A cot and high chair are available on request. There is safe parking for 3 cars. The pool has a sonar alarm system. Linen and towels are provided.
