| Rentals |
Med View Villa is let on a weekly basis,
Saturday to Saturday : arrival 4 pm, departure 10 am.
For arrivals on other days, please ask.

| Weekly rental price includes : |
- bed linen and towels (weekly change)
- cleaning (once a week)
- garden and pool maintenance
- baby cot and high chair if required
Extra cleaning is available on request at an additional cost.
Electricity (high usage only) is charged by meter reading.

| Bookings |
To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental price is required. The balance of the rental is required 8 weeks before the rental commences, together with a refundable security deposit.
Note : payment is required in Euros, at the exchange rate of the day. Total will be confirmed on your booking form.
